I AM Queen Romana Didulo of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby, issue this Royal Decree effective today, January 24, 2022 and retroactive January 1, 2022.

This Royal decree orders Kingdom of Canada’s Armed Forces / Special Forces (Search, Rescue, and Recover Division) to:

1) Immediately evacuate all Canadian Citizens from the Country of Ukraine due to possible Armed conflict.

2) Temporary and immediate closure of all Kingdom of Canada’s Embassy/Consulate Offices in the Country of Ukraine

3) Evacuation activities must be carried out twenty -four hours a day until all Canadians in the Country of Ukraine have been evacuated via Military Aircrafts back to the Kingdom of Canada.

This task must be accomplished on or before January 29, 2022.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

I AM Queen Romana Didulo of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby, issue this Royal Decree effective today, January 20, 2022 to all departments/ministries and agencies concerned to Assemble and dispatch 200 military personnel to Yukon, NWT and Nunavut to do the following:

1) Arrest, try, and prosecute any and all contraband drugs traffickers and manufacturers under crimes against humanity.

2) Search, seize and confiscate and safely destroy (in public view) all confiscated contraband drugs, and their equipment

3) Arrest any and all Politicians, Bureaucrats, Healthcrats, Indigenous Chiefs and Band Members involved in sale, trafficking and manufacturing of illegal drugs and adrenochrome production.

4) Build temporary Hospitals where necessary –treatment and recovery Centers and provide adequate staffing for each Territory for all drug users to recover and reintegrate into the community

5) Patrol and Secure each Territory to block the flow of illegal drugs in each Territory that are being shipped from outside the Territories.

6) Where necessary invoke a nightly curfew – from 6:00 pm to 6: a.m until all drug trafficking and manufacturing activities have stopped.

2) The Treasury Department/Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom of Canada
3) The Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Canada
4) Department of National Defense (DND) of the Kingdom of Canada
5) Department of the Kingdom of Canada’s Foreign Affairs.
6) Department of Health / Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Canada
7) Department / Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship of the Kingdom of Canada
8) Department of Internal Affairs of the Kingdom of Canada

I AM Queen Romana Didulo of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby, issue this Royal Decree effective today January 20, 2022 retroactive July 1, 1867

Effective immediately, I hereby decree the cease and desist of, and death penalty for to the use of:

➡ all injections /medications/ MRNA therapies which targets, alters, and destroys the mucosa of the lung and all major organs in human species and animals.

➡ unlawful collection of individuals DNAs via PCR testing, Rapid Testing, or any form of testing and or collection thereof and thereto.

Furthermore, it is criminal offense in the Kingdom of Canada to:

➡ use of facial masks in public and business settings that hinders the facial recognition and identification of individual(s) which could aid / facilitate in criminal activities (ie kidnapping, hold ups, car jackings, robbery, and child abduction, etc, etc)…

➡ unlawful enforcement of use, of mask both in public and private settings

Note: Exemptions are
1) Construction sites where dust masks are used.
2) Dentists office during oral procedures
3) Hospitals operations rooms (OR) only.
